  Every time I come to this location, they mess up my order. The last time I sat in the drivethru for over an hour. I asked if I was going to get a discount for waiting so long and the guy laughed. I shouldn't have to wait an hour when there was only two people in front of me. It was only 930 when I pulled in the line. By time I got my food it was straight cold. I will drive the extra miles to go to the one by courthouse before I every go back here. I did the survey online, and never heard back a word.

  Absolutely ludicrous wait time in drive thru!! Pulled up and there was 3 cars in front to of us. Waited 40 minutes! 40 minutes!! There is no way to pull out of line, so you HAVE TO wait. There was NO ONE in the dinning area eating, but several employees walking around!! One employee preparing food, 4-5 doing absolutely NOTHING!

  Reading the reviews proves to me that the staff here are unable to keep up with orders at any time of day or night. I placed a mobile order at 10:16pm and arrived in the drive-thru line at 10:19pm. It was 11pm (41 minutes) by the time I got to the window, at which point I was asked if I still wanted the fiesta potatoes because they "just put the potatoes in" and it would be about 6 minutes. Really??? Why didn't you put them in like 20-30 minutes ago? I drove off with my food at 11:04pm. If I hadn't been trapped in the drive-thru line I would have just left after 15 minutes of waiting. Needless to say I won't be ordering here again for quite some time. The owner needs new management and probably all new staff as well.
  
  As a followup, I did receive a call from Taco Bell corporate after leaving a complaint and they seem very sincere about looking into the problems at this particular location. In the grand scheme of things having to wait for some food is not a big deal, but hopefully things will improve now that corporate has been made aware of the issues.
