  Three times they have forgot to fork for the salads. If we were going home it wouldn't have been a problem, but we weren't. This last time we waited in drive thru for over 20 mins. The guy in front of us who order a Reuben drove off in disgust and the girl at the window said you ordered a Reuben said no that was the guy that just speed off. Ok she said. Went off talked to another employee he came over and said you order a grilled reuben. No i said it was that guy . he said sorry and we apologize for the long wait do you want his reuben as computation. Sure i like a good reuben. Got our food finely pulled over to check for a fork and it was there but no reuben lol they couldn't even get the wrong order right . that is the Only Arby's that constantly mess up

  Worst food ever. 3 times to get order right then it was cold. Gave up won't be back. Wow $24.00 and the worst ever. VERY BAD FOOD!
  Update. Manager offered a free meal and apologize. Better than nothing. Upgrade to 3 stars. Too bad it happened at all, usually very good food and service. Will try again.
