  This is the worst TroSmo I've ever been to. I used to work at one and know how things should be done, this is not it. The cashiers are rarely friendly, they seem understaffed, at least when I go, and they do sloppy work. She handed me 4 smoothies to go and didn't bother to ask if I wanted a drink carrier, didn't put the sauce on the side like I requested, didn't cut the wraps in half and one of the smoothies wasn't blended enough so it was icy. I've been coming her for a while and every time I'm disappointed but this is too much for one visit. Obviously people who get paid so little don't have a ton of motivation to go above and beyond but that's what customers expect. Take pride in your job regardless of what you do or how much you make.

  Only two people in the store at the time of my order. So being second in line to receive my order, which was just one smoothie, I received it after seven other people receive their smoothies.
  Their response was sorry we must've missed placed the order?????
  Really, there were only two people in the store when I ordered?
  In addition the blenders don't blend well

  I love their smoothies but every time I come here everyone seems miserable. And I come here a lot. The workers never have a smile on their face, and one time me and my boyfriend came in 10 minutes before closing and there was two girls in the back fighting about who would come up and serve us. The one girl rolled her eyes and just came and did it and was obviously annoyed. Then when my smoothie was done it tasted like water!!! It was absolutely terrible. It tasted like she just put ice in it. I didn't try it until I was out in my car and they locked the doors so I couldn't get back in. It's so unprofessional, I don't think I have ever seen anyone in here smile. It's just rude in my opinion

  The first time I went there were three employees working, as previously stated in other reviews, they cashier was very cold and unfriendly. It's very disappointing, me my husband and kids went, then another person came in after we put our orders in (2 smoothies). Then the lady behind us got her smoothie first!! They "mixed" the orders or something... I went twice afterwards, they are lucky people like the smoothies otherwise, people would definitely not go back.....
