  I enjoy this McDonald's because I had a friend that work there and I was told that he was working in a very clean environment. That made me feel very good after having heard from friends in high school that worked at McDonald's that there were bugs around the cups and things in The back. Of the storage area. That was a different location in a different city so please understand that I am saying clearly, very clearly this location at Arch Road has no bogs and is very clean and sanitized. Their service is very good. When I don't have to pull into space one or two I am very pleased usually this does not happen there. The management is always quick to fix any incorrect orders that may have been accidentally switched as they were passed to the window! So if you have a problem, I suggest that you take your hard-earned money – and give them a call back at the number on the top of your receipt. And don't forget to take those surveys that come with your receipt and remember the name of anybody who is helpful because it really helps them out. And get you a buy one get one free any breakfast or dinner sandwich so why pay full price when you can get two for the price of one?!

  Horrible! Never, ever gets the order right! Sure the have 2 windows but, they need a third to allow you to trade the food they messed up for the food you ordered in the first place!
  If you ever go here. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT LEAVING! The fries are usually cold. I have high blood pressure so, I get the fries with no salt AND THEY AREN'T EVEN HOT!
  From now on. When they mess up my order, I am demanding a full refund of my order AND making them remake the whole order again as I watch so they don't spit in any of it!!
  I'm telling you. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to in my life. They don't even deserve a one star.
  It is very sad because I do love McDonalds and their food, unfortunately this one will stress you out to the edge of a heart attack!
