  I have been to this Outback twice, and had a horrible experience both times. The first time was on Christmas eve, we arrived right when they opened expecting a good meal. However, the food was cold and the restaurant was very drafty. The second time was even worse. Again, the restaurant was cold. The first time we told the waitress that there was cold air coming from the vent above our table, but she just explained it was a draft from the door, and did not do anything to fix the problem. Next, we asked the people in the front to fix the problem and they said that they would get the manger to turn off the air. They turned it off, but only for a few minutes. Also, we waited close to 20 minutes for our appetizer and another 15 minutes for the salad, we received the salad 2 minutes before our main course. The burger had only 1 piece of bacon and the bacon was burnt, after paying a extra dollar for the bacon. The grilled chicken was raw. However, the manger did take of the chicken, appetizer and the shrimp and steak, which I do appreciate, but it should not be wrong in the first place.

  The manager denied me service because I mentioned there leaky roof. Don't eat here the cooks don't know how to cook and barely wear proper protective equipment while cooking. Eat here if you want norovirus.
